Case study 1

Challenge: A local NGO in Lebanon was facing challenges in leadership, as the team struggled with clear decision-making and team motivation. The organization’s team leaders recognized the need for strong leadership skills to manage their operations and effectively inspire their teams.

Solution: Through our competency-based leadership training, we worked closely with the NGO’s leadership team to build essential skills in self-awareness, team management. The training included self-awareness assessment, understanding of emotional responses, and toolkit for team motivation and decision making.

Case study 2

Challenge: A Lebanese NGO running a women empowerment program for 2023-2024 was struggling to track the impact of its program and align its activities with sustainable outcomes.
